PALM COAST
INFORMATION
Palm Coast isn’t a typical Florida vacation community. The
beach is five miles long and covered with shells rather than
people. We prefer fresh and saltwater canals to crowded
four-lane highways. And instead of towering skyscrapers,
you’ll find high spreading oaks, palms and pine trees.
It may be the tourist attractions, fancy hotels and bright
lights that make any part of Florida an exciting place to visit.
But it’s the climate, beauty and serenity of the community
that make Palm Coast a great place to live.
Palm Coast actually has seasons. You can expect summer days
to average between 71 and 91 degrees and winter between 45 and
67 degrees. But you can leave the snow shovel and ice scraper up
north. Palm Coast is far too beautiful to be covered over with
snow.
Boating and fishing abound. Or perhaps you would rather play
endless sets of tennis or rounds of golf on five Championship
courses with a sixth one almost near completion. Palm Coast
would be a great place to live even if it didn’t have boating,
golf, tennis, miles of pristine beach and one of the best
climates in America.
NEIGHBORHOODS
Unlike many developed areas, Palm Coast does not have
subdivisions. Our community has neighborhoods, each with its own
distinct personality and amenities.
BELLE TERRE Site of the Belle
Terre Swim and Racquets Club, with tennis courts, heated
50-meter pool, Nautilus room and Fitness Trail is a focal point
of this community west of I-95, where the Buddy Taylor Middle
School and Wadsworth Elementary school are located. Forested
home sites complement beautiful homes.
CYPRESS KNOLL The site
of Palm Coast’s fourth golf course. Cypress Knoll borders
Highway 100 and Belle Terre Parkway. Near Flagler Palm Coast
High School, home sites offer convenient access to Flagler
County’s other major cities, Bunnell and Flagler Beach, and to
the amenities of Pine Lakes and Belle Terre.
WOODLANDS The
neighborhood adjoins the Woodlands 3,500 acre conservation area.
It also borders the Old Kings Road entrance to Palm Coast east
of I-95 , one of the most beautiful travel routes in the
community. This area has been actively developed resulting in
mostly resale homes.
INDIAN TRAILS One of Palm
Coast’s fastest-growing neighborhoods, Indian Trails is west
of I-95 and home of the new K-8 school. Lakeside and fresh water
canal home sites are also available.
LEHIGH WOODS Lehigh Woods home
sites are within four miles of the country club and Belle
Terre’s swim and racquet club, as well as Highway 100, the
quickest route to Flagler’s beautiful beaches.
MATANZAS WOODS Home to Palm
Coast’s third golf course and the closest community to the
entertainment and atmosphere of the oldest city, St. Augustine,
less than 25 miles away. Golf course home sites available.
PALM HARBOR In the heart of
Palm Coast, Palm Harbor contains home sites bordered by 23 miles
of salt water canals and wooded home sites. Palm Harbor boasts
many of Palm Coast’s community facilities including the
shopping center, marina, tennis club, community center,
professional office park and 4 condominium complexes.
PINE GROVE To the south
of Belle Terre community, Pine Grove home sites offer the same
advantages as those in Lehigh Woods - close proximity to the
amenities of Pine Lakes and Belle Terre and to Highway 100,
Flagler County’s main transportation artery that ends at the
Atlantic Ocean.
PINE LAKES Home to the elegant
Pine Lakes Country Club and Arnold Palmer designed championship
course. Pine Lakes also offers some of Palm Coast’s most
beautiful homes, including the popular golf villas and
condominiums.
QUAIL HOLLOW A beautiful
community south of Highway 100, where less than two miles east
are the Flagler County Airport and Flagler Palm Coast High
School. Bordering U.S. 1, Quail Hollow offers home sites that
make quick trips to Daytona Beach even quicker.
SEMINOLE WOODS Also south of
Highway 100 and due east of Quail Hollow, Seminole Woods is the
Palm Coast community whose entrance is within four miles of the
Atlantic Ocean. The wooded home sites here, as in Quail Hollow,
are close to Daytona Beach, yet less than ten miles from the
attractions of the community they are a part of Palm
Coast.
Wherever you decide to purchase you
can rest easy knowing there’s a beautiful piece of Palm Coast
waiting
