Stephanie dedicated ample time to assure me that the sale of my home would be completed by my deadline. I never sold a home before and was anxious that everything would go well. There were a few unforeseen repairs that needed immediate attention and Stephanie was quick to call trusted repair companies to get the jobs done! We were so very pleased with our real estate agent, Jim Gallagher. He was so helpful in finding us our dream home. My husband was out of town for most of our trips, and I must say, Jim was amazing at handling all of my questions and concerns. He was always sharing new homes with me and always willing to meet with us, even when I'm sure some of the times may not have been very convenient for him. He worked with us and I knew he cared about finding us the perfect home, not just making a quick sale. He was with us each and every step of the way. I am so thrilled with our forever home and so very grateful for Jim.

Jim Gallagher handled the sale of two Palm Coast properties for me. I live out of town, so I relied on him to take care of everything, including substantial renovations before marketing. The houses were sold quickly at good prices. Jim was unfailingly knowledgable, efficient, and easy to work with.

When another realty didn’t return our phone calls for an appointment, we called Real Estate Services ofPalm Coast for a last minute appointment, as we were visiting from out of state. We met our new realtor, Jan McHugh, who showed us 2 lovely homes in our price range. Jan worked very patiently with us on the sale, and wrote the contract to protect us and our offer! She was very responsive to our calls, and would keep us informed of every step along the way on our short sale purchase, made in 2011.We could not recommend Jan McHugh and Real Estate Services of Palm Coast more highly! If we ever decide to sell, we will definitely use their services again.

Cheryl is the consummate professional realtor and property manager. We speak from two positions...buyer and renter. We enlisted her help as a realtor, first in our search for a new home in Florida, and then as a short-term renter. We could not find anything of our interest in Palm Coast and discovered New Smyrna Beach and Venetian Bay. While it was really outside of her area, Cheryl negotiated the sale of our new spec home in Portofino Reserve and steered us through a rather difficult time with the trials and tribulations of the post pandemic building issues. Since our home sold in one day in Arizona and we had to move, Cheryl became our pseudo property manager/landlord in Palm Coast while we waited for our new home to be completed in New Smyrna Beach. She found us a house to rent and took care of any issues immediately that arose like a furnace not working during a rather cold spell. This lady is as sweet as can be but don't be fooled. She can be as hard as nails if needed in negotiations. She was our rock in more ways than one and we feel privileged to call her our "friend" after more than 8 months of turmoil during the building of our home. We doubt that you can find anyone better to handle any part of your dealings in real estate. She is the "best!"

When I first moved to the state of Florida Cheryl Dreezer and real estate services were the ONLY leasing lady in the entire city of palm coast to take a chance on me and my family. I was 25 barely no credit, I am a career server which means I work off tips. College student and the only references I had for housing was from Detroit MI which is where I m moved from. With careful consideration she gave me the best chance and it paid off. They were the most non annoying landlords I have ever had never bothered my kids and I. If anything broke it was fixed within a day or two at the most. Very understanding with rent issues even though I didn't have many, the one or two times I needed her she was there. Real Estate Services are always polite and more than willing to help if it can be done. I would recommend anyone to speak to them first before spending hundreds of dollars on application fees for real estate company's that already know your not qualified, and that's exactly what happened to me until I went to Real Estate Services, keep your house clean and well maintained and you will also get your deposit back. I promise!
